Warranties

Windows By Chad, L.L.C. provides workmanship warranties for our installation services. Additionally, window products we install may come with manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service agreement. Warranty coverage may be void if:

  • The installation is modified by anyone other than Windows By Chad, L.L.C.
  • Damage results from misuse, abuse, or acts of nature
  • The property owner fails to perform recommended maintenance

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windows By Chad, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
